What patients do you accept?
TST Clinic accepts both new and existing patients.
Please note, Dr Tanase is based in NSW. He can prescribe stimulant medication for ADHD patients in NSW, Victoria, and South Australia. He is not able to directly prescribe for patients in ACT or Queensland, but can offer a letter of support for GP prescribers.
Unfortunately, Dr Tanase cannot offer appointments to patients from WA, NT, or Tasmania.
Which appointment type should I book?
Please book an Initial Appointment (60 minutes) if you need an assessment or are otherwise a new patient to Dr Tanase.
Please book a Follow Up Appointment (30 minutes) if this is a follow-up appointment and you wish to discuss your diagnosis.
Please book a Script Renewal Appointment (15 minutes) if it is only for a prescription renewal.
What if I already have a diagnosis from another doctor?
If you already have a diagnosis, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and attach the diagnosis letter. We will arrange a suitable appointment.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?
In order to be eligible for a Medicare rebate, please ensure:
You enter your Medicare details when booking your appointment
You email us a current (within the past 12 months) GP referral letter
Otherwise, please email us any other clinical results you wish to share.
On the day, please ensure you have access to a device with a suitable webcam to be able to access your telehealth consultation.
Do you have a cancellation waiting list?
Yes, we keep a cancellation waiting list, which operates on a first-come-first-served basis. If you wish to be put on the waiting list, please write this in the 'Notes' area when you make your booking, and let us know what days and times you would be free for us to move your appointment to.
What if I do not have access to a webcam for the appointment, or I have another query?
Please email us at email@example.com, and we will be able to assist you. You may also try calling us, but our phone line is often busy.
